Most items ship the same or next business day after you place your order for instock parts. We use several different carriers to ship our orders including; Australia Post, Fastways Couriers, http://www.fastway.com.au/
At the Vac Shop we charge what Australia Post and Fastways Couriers cost us to ship the order, we dont overinflate our shipping prices but charge close to what they cost us to send the item to you.
For most small, light weight orders such as bags, belts, or filters, we will ship these via your choice of shipping levels with these two carriers.
Australia Posts Standard Parcel Post is our economy method of shipping in either a robust plastic prepaid 500 gram or 3kg satchel. this is the basic money saver shipping option but does not allow for parcel tracking in the event of a wayward or delayed delivery.
Australia Post Express Post is our deluxe shipping option that allows for
quicker delivery times to some areas and limited numbered parcel tracking.
Fastways Couriers (see fastways websites for satchel delivery areas)
is our prefered premium shipping method, its both economical and has the benefit of full internet delivery tracking via the fastways website just by entering a shipping label number from your order .
If the package is larger such as a new vacuum cleaner, then we will ship your order with Australia Post registered mail that is insured. If you have any question about the method we will use to ship your order, or if your street address can not receive fastways couriers deliveries to it, (fastways couriers will not deliver to a post office box)

We do offer "FREE SHIPPING" on selected New domestic vacuum cleaners with a retail price of over AUD$284 to areas limited to Australia only but we will ship overseas by arrangement at cost.
All Products sold by vacshop.com.au must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt for any refund or exchange. products received after 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders that are refused at time of delivery will not be refunded. Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. We are available by phone or E-mail to answer your product questions. Please contact us before placing your order if you are not 100% sure that you are ordering the correct item. customer is to return incorrect orders at their expense for refund or exchange.

Refunds & Returns
Not all bags we sell are 'Genuine' - those that are will specify 'Genuine' in the product description. Non-genuine bags will be described as 'replacement' or "generic" in the product description. We sell only top quality vacuum cleaner bags whether they are 'Genuine' or 'Replacement' and we guarantee that our 'replacement' bags will be simillar to or better than the 'Genuine' bag.
We try to offer high quality goods at reasonable prices, if you find a comparable item at a lower price on another site we will try and match the price where possible (excluding sale items, limited discount offers, clearence/runout items, online auction sites) on instock items only.
