We ship via Australia Post to all Australian destinations. We ship Worldwide via Australia Post "International Parcel Post Airmail", please call us for a cost estimate on these methods. all international orders paid via direct bank deposit only.
Shipping Costs: We charge a price thats close to the actual cost of shipping that Australia Post charges us with a very small surcharge to cover the cost of packing materials. We ship via 500g and 3KG Australia Post prepaid Satchels.
The Myth of "Free" Shipping: We know we're at a disadvantage here because some of our competitors offer "Free" shipping. We tried it, it just didn't work. We found that we had to use cheaper (slower) shipping methods and inflate our product prices to cover the cost. We invite you to "comparison" shop before you buy, - consider the complete price of your order and the convenience of receiving it on time. As soon as the Australia Post starts to ship our orders for free, we will be happy to pass the savings on to our customers.

All Products sold by vacshop.com.au must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt for any refund or exchange. products received after 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders that are refused at time of delivery will not be refunded. Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. We are available by phone or E-mail to answer your product questions. Please contact us before placing your order if you are not 100% sure that you are ordering the correct item. customer is to return incorrect orders at their expense for refund or exchange.
Order errors that are clearly the fault of VacShop.com.au will be corrected at our expense. We will ship the corrected order and provide the customer with return postage for the incorrect part.
